  3. Cancellation After 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be determined based on the stage of the design process and any expenses incurred up to that point.

  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to communicate or respond to our attempts to schedule appointments or design consultations may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation window and meets the outlined criteria.

  2. Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  4. Refunds for Partial Services: If you cancel services that have already been partially rendered, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of the service that has not been completed.

  5. Refunds for Subscription Plans: Refunds for subscription-based services will be prorated based on the remaining duration of the subscription period.
